SQL + DWH + Healthcare + BA + DA knowledge are must.
- Strong logical & analytical SQL query writing skill.
- Deep understanding in Healthcare Insurance domain.
- Understanding in designing & building Data warehousing rule engine.
- Knowledge in preparing Source to Target Mapping Document.
- Strong Knowledge in Data warehousing concepts.
- Support on Production Validation.
- US Healthcare domain knowledge is must
- PDM (provider data management) knowledge is added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Works within identified scope of project, gathers business requirements by working with business stakeholders, Business Architecture, IT and Vendors (or crossfunctional technical teams).
- Must have worked on creating BRD, FRDs, UML and flow diagram.
- Ability to facilitate business requirement, elicitation sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to perform UAT on Business requirements & Reports validation.
- Development of new process flows and functionality integration and adding any needed clarity to requirements as well as documenting progress.
- Identifies potential issues and risks after conducting a gap analysis.
- Plans and consults with business stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports as needed.
- Primary contact to assist in defining business system requirements.
- Works with appropriate departments to assure technical information is accurate and documented.
- Maintains approved project artifacts and follows version control processes.
- Has indepth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Works independently; receives mínimal guidance and collaborates well with team.
- Ability to coach colleagues with less experience and perform peer reviews for requirements.
- Supports systems testing traceability and provide weekend and/or after hour assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and practices.
- 5+ years of BSA experience is required.
- Proven effective communication and analytical skills required to address and present most complex ideas and concepts to users, business systems analyst and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Effective facilitation and presentation skills necessary to demonstrate business systems solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Indepth knowledge of SDLC and creating and developing business requirements.
- Ability to develop, plan, and create timelines for requirements delivery during project life cycle.
- Proven effectiveness in maintaining project targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in Visio to create process flows.
- Strong waterfall methodology experience required and familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts would be a plus.
- IIBA certification or equivalent is a plus.
