- Supervise, lead, and develop a strong sales team; teach, coach and train.
- Facilitate weekly sales meeting.
- Meet with each salesperson weekly to track leads.
- Follow up on quoted leads.
- Track sold jobs from in progress to closed.
- Serve as liaison between sales team and operations.
- Audit proposals to ensure integrity and uniformity.
- Attend networking events; recruit new sales members.
- Familiarity with construction projects (commercial & residential).

Company DescriptionWe are a full-service commercial and residential roofing and construction company. We are very aggressively leading the industry in best practices and educating the consumer. We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
