An employer is seeking a Sales/Customer Relations Manager to sit in the South Charlotte area. This person will provide leadership, training and direction for the sales and customer service efforts related to commercial galvanizing. The Galvanizing Commercial Supervisor will lead our customer relations initiatives, working with our galvanizing sales teammates to build lasting, impactful partnerships with our customers. The selected candidate will work with Product Group leadership towards setting and executing the overall goals and objectives. The candidate will work alongside the Sales Manager at defining, leading and communicating commercial initiatives while developing and maintaining a profitable order book. Effectively taking care of our customers by creating focus on safety, quality, cost, service, on time delivery and productivity are paramount.
