As we continue to expand our catering services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team.


Position Summary:


The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving catering sales and ensuring the successful execution of events within our hotel.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate catering sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and local businesses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase catering sales.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and customize offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create tailored menus for events.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of catering services during events.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Prepare and negotiate catering contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both client and hotel requirements.
  • Provide clear and detailed proposals to clients, outlining services, pricing, and terms.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage catering budgets, ensuring profitability and costeffectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Customer Service:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in catering sales, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and competition.

Pay:
$63, $71,545.00 per year
