Position Summary:
The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving catering sales and ensuring the successful execution of events within our hotel.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to generate catering sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and local businesses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase catering sales.
- Event Coordination:
- Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and customize offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create tailored menus for events.
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of catering services during events.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and negotiate catering contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both client and hotel requirements.
- Provide clear and detailed proposals to clients, outlining services, pricing, and terms.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage catering budgets, ensuring profitability and costeffectiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Customer Service:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in catering sales, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with local market trends and competition.

Pay:
$63, $71,545.00 per year
