    Job Title:
    Operational Excellence Manager


    Location:
    DFW, Texas

    Position Overview:


    The Operational Excellence Manager will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing plant in the DFW area.

    The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated professionals to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive sustainable change to enhance overall operational performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Continuous Improvement Leadership:
    Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Utilize lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other continuous improvement tools to drive operational excellence.

    Process Optimization:


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and optimize workflows to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.


    Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress against targets. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.

    Change Management:
    Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and sustainment of gains.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement roles within manufacturing environments.
    Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
    Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
    Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
