As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
  Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of phone systems and basic clerical procedures
• Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
