Job OverviewWe are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for assessing the performance of our Member Services teams who communicate with our members and internal stakeholders.
The Operational Excellence Project Manager will monitor the member journey for success.In addition, partner with the OPEX team to assess friction points within the member journey to identify improvement opportunities and confirm procedures driving targeted results.
The OPEX PM will routinely perform cross-functional responsibilities to analyze business challenges, data problems, and process inefficiencies.For this position, it is essential to be responsible, a knack for delivery, good time management habits, data analyst skills, and an attitude focused on member experience.
Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop functional requirements for new and existing systems, data loads, jobs and processes.
Translate information requests from internal customers involving ambiguity into actionable tasks
Gather and document business requirements, systems flow, data flow, data dependencies and functional design.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, project kickoffs, standups and status meetings.
Manage inbound request queue, prioritize requests, and communicate status with stakeholders.
Create and manage project plans for long running initiatives and coordinate with team day to day progress.
Track and report work status for team, people assignments and work completion.
Provide project status reports and executive summaries as required.
Own and manage the change management and release management process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in education, healthcare administration, analytics or related field
Minimum of 2 years in a project manager (or related) role, within a service center preferred
Experience on the front-line interacting with customers
Strong analytical and independent judgment skills to make effective decisions quickly
Detail oriented and consistent within and across project management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
