Hi! My name is John Grant. I’m a strategic communications graduate from the  University of North Texas. Currently I work as an UX Outreach Coordinator  at  Cognizant supporting Google Ads. I am an organized and creative professional with a desire for growth. My work experience is in strategic communications,  project management, web/physical marketing, data analysis, and UX research.  In my spare time I enjoy hiking, photography, and 3D modeling.

• Responsible for drafting and overseeing mass email outreaches to invite users to participate in focus groups and moderated user interviews.   

• Scheduled and coordinated meetings between participants with product researchers, often over vast time zone distances.  • Represented Google to its customers as the main POC between it and our participants. 

• Built out user screeners and surveys with advanced shortlisting logic via Qualtrics, pre-screened participants, and observed user interviews.
