- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Health Care Administration or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of administrative and management experience
- Two or more years' experience in health care organizations
- Experience using Tableau and Salesforce preferred
- Exceptional at communicating across all levels both written and oral
- Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to foster relationships internally and externally
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, cost effectiveness and implementation of systems and resource management

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Operational Excellence for Neurology will work alongside the Senior Vice President of Neurology Operations, Chief of Neurology, National Director of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), among other Neurology Service Line leaders to advance the most critical initiatives across the service line. This role will support developing the overall strategy, identifying requirements to implement, and driving accountability across the service line. This role will assist with driving operational performance and creating goals that support the service line. The ideal candidate is comfortable with large datasets and has deep expertise across both analytical and conceptual problem solving.
