    Job Description:

    We are looking for a full time Staffing Business Development Representative - Bilingual (English and Spanish) to attract tech commercial clients and government customers and quality candidates locally and nationally. Responsibilities include strategizing with upper management, creating territory plans, identifying and attending networking events to further our company's expansion and documenting properly. Additionally, researching opportunities via various online platforms, obtaining and entering information into CRM, conducting multiple follow-ups via phone, emails and texts, and assisting with client onboarding. Vetting potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, presenting to clients, possibly involved in closing meetings, debriefing internal management and recruiting team on clients' needs and background. Creating new community relationships and maintaining current ones in order to identify and attract quality candidates. A successful candidate will have a healthy competitive spirit, and is driven by growth and team culture. Must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, comply with background checks and drug screening requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
    • Great decision-making skills, making quality connections, collect and follow up on leads
    • Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, CRM, employer and candidate sourcing tools
    • Collecting business cards, contact information, social media information etc
    • Finding and creating opportunities to align with company's vision
    • Excells at meeting and exceeding revenue-generating metrics
    • Has excellent customer service skills
    • Very personable, forward-thinking, anticipating and assessing clients' needs
    • Ability to respectfully communicate with clients and candidates at all levels
    • Work both independently and as part of a team
    • Driven and persistent
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, foster and connect community partnerships
    • Prioritizing your day, call planning, excellent multitasking skills, answering phones, making calls, driving to client sites, and setting up and breaking down booths, etc.
    • Attending trade shows, job fairs, networking and community events etc.
    • Strong technical, negotiating and organizational skills
    • Familiar with tech roles such as business analysts, project managers, help desk, cybersecurity, etc.
    • Tech-savvy
    • Manual and electronic filing, typing 40+ WPM

    Experience Preferences:

    • 3 years experience in a staffing environment

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift 20lbs

    Required Education:

    • High school diploma/GED

    Education Preferences:

    • Degree, certifications, licenses or training in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources-related degree
    • Have staffing certifications

    • Have played in sports
    Training Schedule:
    • 2 weeks 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

    Additional Information:

    Drug and background checks are performed. Valid identification, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required. We are an E-Verify employer. We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization. Our employees are authorized to work in the United States. Workers shall supply their own transportation. Business line and monthly gas card provided.
