- Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and following through with processes.
- Craft unique ideas to sharpen staff work and create guides to make processes more efficient and accurate.
- Refine existing processes within Pennrose and define clear strategies to help the same processes to improve performance in the market.
- Manage contracts and review them for any discrepancies that need to be adjusted.
- Provide additional support when the workload is heavy to ensure that none of the teams are short on staffing when needed.

- Minimum 7 years of Property Management experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, Yardi, Excel
- Knowledge of HUD regulations and LIHTC programs
