This position can be in the Operations Center in Wayne, PA or North Wilmington, DE and may require travel to other locations within the WSFS Bank footprint.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery including the development of project plans and ongoing monitoring to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Effectively communicate with the business lines both verbally and in writing.
  • Work with business sponsors to quickly learn current business challenges.
  • Capture and understand business requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with the technical teams; assist in translating business needs into technical specifications, and to analyze and streamline processes.
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of time management and organization to drive quality project documentation and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, business or equivalent combination of education and work experience. PMP certification is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, including working with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), and preferably within a corporate technology setting.
  • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management, change management and operations.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for creativity and complex problemsolving.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Initiativetaking and able to motivate others through enthusiasm and high energy and to continuously learn new features of development tools and software.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products e.g., Project, Planner, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
