Your responsibilities

  • Managing and leading the project department team, as well as creating the future personnel budget in collaboration with the branch manager
  • Developing and monitoring resource and personnel deployment planning
  • Implementing measures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project execution, securing commercial order risks, developing proposals for risk minimization, monitoring profitability, and creating revenue forecasts
  • Ensuring project execution and timely project billing, selecting qualified subcontractors, and establishing and managing a subcontractor pool

Your profile

  • Degree in engineering or vocational/technical training in electrical or building services engineering with additional knowledge in business administration
  • Professional experience in project management
  • Experience in handling projects in the system business
