Project Manager 1

What is the Role:
Responsible for a portfolio of Level 1-2 Projects for 2 BU's (Industrial, Commercial, Ingredient Handling)
Manage a cross-functional team from order receipt through successful start-up at the customer's site.
Drive to project milestones and scope and communicate to both internal groups and the customer.
Control changes in scope, identify and mitigate potential challenges, and drive projects to completion.
Travel to customer sites and other locations (10%)


What Is Required:
Demonstrated success achieving positive outcomes on projects
High level of professionalism, attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Able to understand of and utilize key engineering concepts and business math


What Else Would Be Helpful:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
Project management experience in engineered equipment
Project management experience in process improvement
PMP Certification
Experience working within a PMO
High Level understanding of Electro-Mechanical Motion Control Systems
Experience with Food production equipment
Understanding of Engineering drawings and BOMs
Experience working with all levels within an organization from shop floor to executives
Negotiation Skills

Project Manager 2

Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for a portfolio of Level 1-3 Projects for 2 BU's (Industrial, Commercial, Ingredient Handling)
Travel to customer sites and other locations (15%)


Additional Requirements:
2+ years project management experience in engineered equipment
1+ years project management experience in process improvement
Understanding of Engineering drawings and BOMs
Experience working with all levels within an organization from shop floor to executives
Basic understanding of and experience with utilizing key engineering concepts and business math
Basic negotiation skills

Project Manager 3

Additional Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Level 1-4 Projects for 2 BU's (Industrial, Commercial, Ingredient Handling)
Travel to customer sites and other locations (20%)

Additional Requirements:
4+ years project management experience in engineered equipment
2+ years project management experience in process improvement
Experience working within a PMO
Solid understanding of and experience with utilizing key engineering concepts and business math
Solid negotiation skills

Project Manager 4

Additional Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Level 1-4 Projects for all Gemini BU's (Industrial, Commercial, Ingredient
Handling)
Travel to customer sites and other locations (25%)
Training and Mentoring of Project Managers

Additional Requirements:
6+ years project management experience in engineered equipment
3+ years project management experience in process improvement
PMP Certification
Advanced understanding of and experience with utilizing key engineering concepts and business math
Advanced negotiation skills with demonstrated results in high-value negotiations
