    You would have the opportunity to work with high-profile investors, entrepreneurs and the who's who of Silicon Valley.     The Role: Executive Assistant to Principal & Partner The City: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid) The Money: Competitive Base + Full Benefits + Bonus + OvertimeThe Culture: Collaborative. Supportive.     • Assist with VC podcast, event planning and special projects as needed.
    • Some reception duties when receptionist is out of office.
    • Ensure a positive and professional experience for both guests and employees.
    • Prep your Executive 24 hours in advance prior to meetings.
    • Coordinate meeting details and send follow-up emails to clients.
    • Plan travel arrangements (domestic and international).
    This Executive is looking for a long-term partner, a self-starter who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership in their work and is capable of leading team projects. Is that you?
