    Description

    We are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and eager to make an immediate impact by providing exceptional support to our clients.

    Who You Are:

    • A proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Empathetic and patient, with a strong commitment to helping clients.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly.
    • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to the client experience.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
