Christian Abernathy

I am a 20 year old Customer Service Assistant and Artist in my free time. I have been passionate about painting and illustration since I was a child. This has made me a very determined individual in the sense that I work on my piece until I get the result I am searching for. I love to hangout with friends and family, workout at the gym, and explore nature as well.

I have had several years of training at various customer service jobs. This resulted in learning different forms of customer service like being a phone customer care expert/sales representative at T-Mobile. There I achieved the 4th place out of my training class of 30 after only a few weeks on the job. My job was to troubleshoot any issues the customers called in with until they were satisfied. I also learned how to use CRM and SaaS like Slack, and phone call etiquette, problem solving skills, and transferring skills. I've become an incredibly friendly problem solver due to my intensive training at my customer service jobs. Other sales/customer service jobs like Showtime Photos taught me how to be a good salesperson and meet sales goals efficiently. Taco Bell was my first job, where I stayed as a reliable employee for several years. I eventually became a well-trusted Crew Trainer and even earned a Scholarship from the company for school funding. I have collectively acquired skills in communication with customers, team coworkers, management, and other departments to ensure my success at each workplace I enter.

I attended Center for Creative Arts during high school. I learned a lot about my art and myself as an individual through the community there. I was actively present in my classes, especially the arts and English classes. I love being able to find creative solutions to problems, it is actually fun. I also attended clubs there including Mural Club, Pottery/Ceramics, and general Art Club.
