    **Customer Service Representative ( Regency )**

    Sterling, VA **Regency Furniture** is searching for a Customer Service Representative to provide our guest a 5 star customer experience. At **Regency Furnitur**e, our Customer Service Representatives promote quality customer service and maintain positive relationship with internal and external guest.     **As a Customer Service Representative, you will**:

    Answer a high volume of calls

    Support sales staff by finalizing tickets quickly and efficiently

    Handle customer concerns in person and over the phone

    Gain a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures

    Review and edit customer orders

    Create and maintain various delivery and service data

    Dispatch drivers

    Provide thorough explanation to customers about estimate times during the process (financing, policies, delivery, pick-up, etc.)

    Provide reports

    Schedule and close deliveries

    Assist with pricing, tagging, promotions and organization as needed

    Schedule service calls

    Make daily calls to customers (delivery updates/confirmations, pick-ups, thank you and follow ups)

    Follow assigned schedule

    Attend all require meetings

    **As a Customer Service Representative,** **you must:**

    Have a High School diploma or GED

    Have the ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights and holidays

    Have strong professional communication skills (bilingual is a plus)

    Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common publications related to field of expertise (sales & finance contracts, delivery orders, etc.)

    Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or vendors

    Ability to calculate figures (discounts, interest, commission, percentages, area, etc.)

    Be able to lift/ move up to 25 pounds, regularly

    Possess computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and Windows)
