    As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the customers with technical problems when using the products and services. Ultimately, you will help establish their reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care during all sales and after-sales procedures.

    Other responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include:

    • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
    • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
    • Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
    • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
    • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
