    Our client is seeking dedicated Customer Support Service Professionals to join their team. As a key player in client interactions, you'll handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on company accounts. Your role is crucial in responding with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service Handling:
    • Address incoming phone inquiries regarding diverse client services with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Support Areas Covered:
    • Provide assistance for client Cash Management products, online services, and general financial inquiries.
    • Performance Commitment:
    • Maintain a commitment to meeting key departmental performance metrics while delivering world-class service.
    • Professionalism and Adaptability:
    • Display professionalism, drive for career advancement, and adaptability in a dynamic and team-oriented financial service environment.
    • Multi-tasking Ability:
    • Demonstrate the capability to multitask efficiently and adapt swiftly to changes within a busy financial service center.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a customer support/account representative role.
    • Familiarity with Cash Management products, online services, and financial inquiries.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • strong multitasking skills with an aptitude to adjust quickly to changes.

    shift: First

    work hours: 6 AM - 10 PM

    education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on companies accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include clients Cash Management products and services, Company Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.

    Hybrid- 3 days in Office

    Must be able to accept an 8 hours shift between Mon-Fri 6AM-9PM
