    Compensation: $80k to $100k base depending on experience, plus bonus/commissions. Total expected earnings between 120k and $130k.
    Type: W-2 Full Time
    Reports to: CEO / Founder
    Direct reports: None to start
    Benefits: None to start (possibly as the company grows).
    Relocation Assistance: N/A

    Role Overview: As the Business Development Representative, you will be pivotal in generating leads and managing the full sales cycle. You will be taking the reins from the founder, who has single-handedly driven the sales and marketing efforts to date. This role is ideal for someone eager to demonstrate their sales prowess and contribute significantly to our company's operational success.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales optimization.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Work closely with the founder to understand product intricacies and to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to the team.
    Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales. Both cold outreach and client relationship management.
    • Experience in Tech / IT industries.
    • Experience with startups to small-sized companies a plus.
    • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ambitious and eager to take on challenges, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Openness to training and development in our industry's complex landscape.
