Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy connecting with potential clients, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services
- Conduct inbound calls to interested clients
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport with leads
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through telemarketing efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system
Skills:
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in business development, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to conduct outbound calling and engage in warm calling strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
