- Manage a team of 3 - 5 Regional Sales Representatives (RSRs), providing daily support and guidance to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Schedule regional sales reps to travel to their regions based on revenue performance and sales strategies.
- Schedule and conduct regular calls and meetings with RSRs to track progress, provide feedback, and address any issues or challenges.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region, including prospecting new business and maintaining existing accounts.
- Hire, train, and develop RSRs on HEXA Containment's product offerings, sales processes, and value proposition.
- Call on, cultivate, and grow Strategic Accounts within their Division.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to report on regional performance, identify constraints, and develop action plans to address challenges.
- Lead group training sessions focused on selling on the phone and in the field.
- Work with RSRs in the field, selling to customers, providing firsthand coaching, helping them overcome customer objections, and opening new accounts.
- Develop and improve sales scripts and processes to optimize the sales cycle and enhance customer value.
- Travel days per month.

HEXA Containment is searching for a Division Sales Manager (DSM) to join our team in Houston, TX. The DSM will lead the sales team in the West Division, which comprises the Las Vegas, Denver, Reno, and Portland regions. Their primary focus is to drive revenue growth in the West Division while pursuing excellence in every aspect of the business through the embodiment of HEXA Containment's Core Values. A successful Division Sales Manager must be an excellent salesperson, skilled in all areas of the sales process. A DSM is a player-coach expected to lead and develop their sales team while cultivating strategic customers assigned to them. They are the "Sales Expert," and their teams will look to them for guidance and support. DSMs must be energetic and motivated, setting the pace for their sales team.
The West Division Manager role is an on-site position officing in HEXA's headquarters in Houston, TX. The DSM will support a team of 4-5 Regional Sales Reps (RSRs), each covering a Region within the Division. The RSR utilizes a two-pronged approach of in-office phone selling and in-person selling, traveling bi-monthly within their regions. In the weeks the regional sales reps are not traveling, they will also work at HEXA Containment's headquarters, selling to their customers on the phone. The West Division Manager will oversee the development of the RSR's in-person and telephone skills, ensuring that they deliver value to every customer, create opportunities, and close those opportunities, all while maintaining profitability.
The Division Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of Sales and work with them to develop measurable and sustainable sales strategies that will exceed their business's revenue targets.
