    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSiskin Enterprises (dba: PermaPlate): PermaPlate is one of the fastest-growing companies providing finance and insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industry.

    We are one of the premier suppliers of appearance and windshield protection products in the market, and we are quickly increasing our market share for other F&I product offerings.

    Travel will be required.
    A PermaPlate Development Manager will be expected to establish and grow great relationships with our existing dealership partners.

    Actions required to best service existing dealers include:

    Making frequent dealership visits to strengthen PermaPlate's relationship with dealership partnersTrain dealership personnel on sales/F&I processes and products in both individual and group settingsAssisting in providing best practice training and product support to dealership F&I teamsAssisting in solving dealership issuesEnsuring that dealership partners have the appropriate level of products and marketing material to meet their sales needsConsistently fill pipeline with new opportunities to expand PermaPlate product offeringsEffectively expand PermaPlate products & solutions into new dealershipsWorking with Regional Director to ensure dealerships are operating at optimal performance levels.

    This includes maintaining top performing stores and correcting those underperformingSupport the Regional Director in completing all PermaPlate reporting requirementsExpand PermaPlate products into new dealershipsRequirements Highly motivated Self-StarterPersistent and resilient- you handle objections and rejections wellExecutive presence - exhibits comfort, curiosity, and poise when engaging with any level of leadership.

    Versatility in tailoring communication to diverse audiences with emotional intelligence.
