    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Renewable Energy

    Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager with a background in renewable energy to drive sales and expand market presence in the Southeast and Central regions of America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including utilities, government agencies, businesses, and other relevant stakeholders. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
    3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to renewable energy in the region. Use market insights to identify opportunities for business growth and product/service enhancement.
    4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide input on product development and marketing initiatives based on customer feedback and market insights.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy or related industry.
    • Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally nationally or internationally, as needed.
