    Job Summary: The Director of Business Growth plays a crucial role on the team, developing a long-term growth strategy for multiple business segments at Sysco.
    Collaborate with Sysco leadership, enterprise strategy counterparts, and business leads to advance the strategy, identify key priorities, and make necessary trade-offs to achieve the vision.
    Support high-priority areas in the Sysco business unit, including analyzing key competitors and potential sources of disruption, and structuring ideas for actionable outcomes.
    Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and provide recommendations to senior executives.
    Evaluate organizational aspects to ensure optimal positioning to meet commitments to customers, clients, and shareholders.
    Research innovative solutions and assess business rationale for adoption, value, and tradeoffs related to digital development.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop growth strategy and 3-year strategic plan for multiple business segments, driving innovation for customers in the foodservice industry.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance customer acquisition through sales and direct channels, and provide recommendations for customer-centric solutions and business transformation.
    • Present growth roadmap to Executive Leadership Team, including CEO, to support key transformation initiatives.
    Education Required:
    • Bachelor's degree
    Education Preferred:
    • MBA
    Experience Required:
    • 4-6 years post-MBA experience
    • Engagement manager or equivalent experience in top-tier management consulting firms focusing on growth strategy, Go-to-Market, or commercial strategy
    Experience Preferred:
    • Experience in food service and B2B industries preferred
    Technical Skills & Abilities:
    • Strategic thinking from a customer standpoint
    • Leading cross-functional teams to drive progress efficiently
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
    • Experience in managing P&L and leading projects successfully
    • Change management expertise and ability to influence stakeholders
    • Excellent collaboration, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling skills
    • Self-starter with a startup mindset and ability to lead in ambiguous environments
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
