II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Boost sales growth by prioritizing features to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and UX team to drive recommendations.
- Provide expertise in business processes, system scope, and objectives aligned with user requirements.
- Develop design solutions and enhancements to meet business objectives.
- Manage CRM data in Salesforce to optimize customer interactions.
- Utilize Salesforce B2B Commerce for workflow rules and process automation.
- Extend Salesforce capabilities using Apex Programming and Visualforce.
- Implement Agile frameworks for development progress tracking.
- Maintain a product roadmap aligning with business objectives.
- Define and track technical performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities through eCommerce solutions.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
- Mentor less experienced analysts and lead complex projects.
IV. Qualifications
Must be based in the US.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (preferred).
- Eight years of IT Business Analyst experience (in addition to education).
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce, Scrum, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Proficiency in systems development, QA testing, and project management.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- History of driving digital sales growth and waste industry familiarity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
