    Regional Sales Manager – CNC Machinery

    Drive Market Growth in CNC Machinery with a Market Leader

    About the Role:

    Our client hiring a CNC Sales Manager to expand their sales organization. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our high-quality machinery, renowned for its precision and reliability in the aerospace, woodworking, plastics, and composites industries.

    Your Mission:

    Expanding Distributor Networks: Identify and cultivate new distributor relationships, broadening our reach and reinforcing our presence in critical sectors.

    Collaborative Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with our Marketing team to create impactful sales tools and campaigns. Your deep understanding of our product's applications in industries like composites and plastics will guide the development of compelling promotional materials.

    Precision in Sales Execution: Oversee the accuracy and competitiveness of quotes, reflecting the high standards and technical superiority of our equipment.

    Seamless Customer Experience: Manage the transition from sales to after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning expectations with the capabilities of our machinery in complex manufacturing environments.

    Effective Problem Resolution: Leverage your technical understanding of our products to address customer challenges, enhancing relationships and reinforcing our reputation for reliability and innovation.

    Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop our sales team, enhancing their understanding of our products' technical aspects and their applications in various industries.
