    We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our growing team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue but more importantly you must love to get your hands dirty. This is not your typical, sit behind a desk all day, type of job. We require someone that has a proven ability to close and teach others how to as well.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
    • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
    • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
    • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
    • Report on team and individual performance
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
    • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

    • Successful door to door experience
    • Experience as an exceptional supervisor or manager
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms

    • Experience and working knowledge of HubSpot
    • Willing to travel 20%
