    Direct Sales Manager

    This is the best opportunity in the country for an experience Internet/Direct Sales Manager with experience handling over 1000 internet leads per month

    As a Direct Sales Manager at Celebration Chevrolet, you will recruit, train and lead your team of Direct Sales Consultants in handling all inbound internet opportunities that our dealership receives and be responsible for taking the lead "from the cradle to the grave." Your team will answer the leads, set the appointment, and handle the store sales process once that appointment shows, and ultimately sell and deliver the vehicle to the guest.

    Our mentality is to establish a team of well trained professionals to guide a consumer through the purchase experience from submitting an inquiry online to the end game delivery. It is more advantageous to have one singular person handle this experience, then it is to have a team of BDC agents that generally have a lack of "car" knowledge.

    We need a seasoned, leadership driven, technology driven, phone driven and email/text driven expert to lead this team

    As our Direct Sales Manager at Celebration Chevrolet you will build a large volume and highly successful department.

    This means your will have to:

    • Run a department that exceeds 20 Group Benchmark Averages in vehicle sales volume, vehicle gross profit and client satisfaction
    • Hit stated General Motors RSI metrics
    • Be a proven leader with past results that speak for themselves without explanation
    • Manage daily traffic flow and stated desk procedures
    • Exceed 20 Group Benchmark Averages in internet/phone closing percentage
    • Maximize manufacturer bonus programs

    Target Annualized Compensation $216,000 per year. (Based on hitting stated benchmark averages)
