Training process:

Training duration of 3 years, with the possibility of shortening to 2 years for those with a high school diploma or second apprenticeship
Dual training in the company and at vocational school
Training phases in various departments of our commercial administration, sales, shipping, logistics, accounting, purchasing, IT, and nursery
In-house training
Participation in trade fairs
