    Sr. Business Development Manager


    Company Intro:
    Join a dynamic team, our client is a leading provider of commercial high-purity water systems and services. They are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sr. Business Development Manager to play a key role their continued growth.


    Who You Are:
    You're a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong technical aptitude. Building relationships is your strength, and you're a master at understanding customer needs and crafting winning proposals.


    What You'll Do:
    Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within your assigned market verticals.
    Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closed won, exceeding individual sales quotas.
    Conduct in-depth consultations to identify customer needs and deliver winning proposals.
    Partner with the estimator to create accurate and competitive project estimates.
    Manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving repeat business.
    Collaborate with the project manager to ensure seamless project execution.
    Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned markets.
    Conduct market research and develop targeted prospect lists.
    Leverage your industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.

    Qualifications:
    5+ years of B2B in consultive/contract sales experience,
    a plus

    but not required

    in commercial water purification, plumbing, electrical, or building systems.
    Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and manage a complex sales cycle.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Experience in the healthcare vertical (hospitals) a plus.
