    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our competitive-intelligence data product's customers and our technical development team.

    This individual will serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insights to drive product enhancements, while also effectively translating the technology to our valued customers.

    You will report to the Director, Engineering.

    The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring that our product meets user needs and maintains its competitive edge in the market.

    This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.

    Responsibilities
    Conduct thorough user research and market analysis to identify customer pain points, opportunities, and industry trends. Translate these insights into actionable product enhancements.
    Assist customer teams leverage the product to meet their clients' needs.

    Define and prioritize issues reported by customers and internal teams, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions that align with customer needs.

    Document and communicate product changes, feature updates, and best practices to both internal teams and customers, fostering a clear understanding of the product's capabilities and benefits.

    Assist in the testing of new features to ensure quality, usability, and alignment with customer expectations.

    Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain the product roadmap, integrating customer feedback and market insights to ensure the product's continued evolution and relevance.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

    One to three years previous experience in a product management role or related field, preferably within a software or technology-driven company.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication of complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
    Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
    Enthusiasm for technology and a deep desire to remain current with the latest industry trends and best practices.
