In this role you will be responsible for:

Prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Assign Jira tickets and tasks to team members, ensuring workload distribution and resource optimization
Schedule and facilitate meetings, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
Gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Assist in drafting userfriendly documentation and educational materials
Engage with users and leverage feedback to further prioritize the team's work
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Experiences that make you a strong fit for this role:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience; Master's Degree with 5 years' experience; PhD with 0 years' experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
Knowledge of software development best practices
Proficient in project management in Jira and similar tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading crossfunctional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Beneficial:

Technical writing experience is a plus
Experience working in the Life Sciences industry

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
