In this role you will be responsible for:
- Prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Assign Jira tickets and tasks to team members, ensuring workload distribution and resource optimization
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
- Gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
- Assist in drafting userfriendly documentation and educational materials
- Engage with users and leverage feedback to further prioritize the team's work
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Experiences that make you a strong fit for this role:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience; Master's Degree with 5 years' experience; PhD with 0 years' experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Proficient in project management in Jira and similar tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading crossfunctional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Beneficial:
- Technical writing experience is a plus
- Experience working in the Life Sciences industry
