Job Summary:


The Digital Product Manager Senior Consultant is responsible for contributing towards designing, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio.

This role supports and defines new product requirements for Property Affordable, Simple and Connected (ASC) insurance products.

This role assists with supporting strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by the property products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support a business execution scrum team by actively collaborating with those in product, pricing, underwriting, billing, experience, and other technical areas to evaluate and deliver on business requirements
  • Analyze relevant facts and organize work to support strategies to ensure the integration and execution of product countrywide and across distribution channels within given timeframes
  • Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction
  • Takes ownership of the product, planning, and organizing the future of the product by creating, managing, and executing the product roadmap/backlog
  • Authors, tests and accepts stories and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations
  • Manage / perform complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes or channels and navigate obstacles to deliver the work product

Preferred Education and Experience:


  • 4year bachelor's degree
  • 24 years relevant experience (preferred)

Functional Skills:


  • Experience with product management or product development in digitally oriented environment
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated sense of curiosity and possesses advanced problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated and fosters a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and accountability for achieving results.
  • Applies customercentric thinking, discovery and research, rapid iteration, and Lean practices.
  • Ability to understand business tactics to support changing business strategies and direction.
  • Collaborates to implement decisions and / or initiatives in an integrated manner.

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00-$125,625.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
