Job Description About Us**:

At McDonald's we are pioneering the future of digital customer interactions through conversational commerce.

Our innovative approach aspires to go beyond traditional voice ordering to offer seamless, interactive ordering experiences across a variety of platforms and devices.

By replicating the familiar interaction models of drive-thru and front-counter service, we aim to enhance our digital ordering touchpoints and unlock new opportunities for engagement across owned and emerging channels.


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational commerce, focusing on innovation, customer experience, and business growth.

Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of conversational commerce experiences. Ensure these initiatives seamlessly integrate with our existing digital channels while unlocking new experiences, channels, and device types.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and market teams to bring conversational commerce products to market. Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure product goals are met.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the conversational commerce space. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and platforms that can enhance our product offerings.

User Experience: Partner with design to champion a user-centric approach in product development to ensure our conversational commerce experiences are intuitive, engaging, and reflective of our brand values.

Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators for conversational commerce initiatives. Regularly review performance data to inform product optimization and future development.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather insights, build relationships, and drive adoption of conversational commerce solutions.


Qualifications You'd be a great fit for this role if you had**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
  • Deep understanding of conversational AI, voice recognition technologies, and the digital commerce landscape.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage highperforming product teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the product and market.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and usercentered design practices.
