    The Business Development Representative ("BDR") plays a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for the company. This position offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and business development while contributing to the expansion of our client base. The BDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and establishing initial contact with potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead Generation & Contact Acquisition: Utilize various channels, including online research, data service providers, and public records to find potential clients, property owners, brokers, attorneys & other vendors and obtain accurate contact information for key decision-makers.
    • Analyzation & Qualification: Review and analyze leads within the database to determine whether the prospective client is truly the decision maker for a property or deal.
    • Prospecting: Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, and other platforms to introduce our company's services and assess client needs.
    • Pitching: Understand the firm's business offerings and articulate them in a timely and professional manner to potential clients.
    • Data Management: Keep accurate records of interactions with leads and update CRM systems with relevant information to track progress and measure success.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the transaction process.
    • Team Communication: Meet with management to discuss strategies, KPI's, quotas, and updates on deals and contacts.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance knowledge and adapt strategies accordingly.

    ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Uses a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
    • Prior experience in cold calling, sales or customer service is preferred.
