- Assist the Director of Player Personnel and Recruiting in managing the approval process for prospective student-athletes.
- Handle the on-boarding process for student-athletes joining East Carolina University, including liaising with NCAA Eligibility Center and admissions.
- Uphold professional standards, fostering an environment of compliance, excellence, and student-athlete well-being.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, policies, and regulations governing university athletics.
- Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders and oversee the football recruiting database.
- Liaise with recruiting service representatives and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate on-campus recruiting visits and assist in the development of communication materials for recruits.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and prior experience in coaching or playing at high school, collegiate, or professional levels.
