    What are we looking for?

    We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Growth Marketing Director to join our team and drive the expansion of our customer base, brand presence, and revenue growth. If you are a results-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes, we want to hear from you

    What will you do?

    As the Growth Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement a holistic growth marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives: deal flow for b2b partners, patient acquisition, and retention.
    • Identify key growth opportunities and market trends to inform strategies and partnerships including: new revenue streams, customer loyalty, reward systems.

    Customer Acquisition:

    • Lead efforts to acquire and convert qualified leads through various channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and partnerships.
    • Optimize and scale patient acquisition channels based on performance metrics and ROI analysis per partner and strategy.

    Retention and Promotion:

    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient retention and maximize patients lifetime success with each partner.
    • Implement effective promotion and cross-selling flows to existing patient segments and partnered organizations.

    Analytics and Performance Measurement:

    • Establish and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics tools to measure success and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with our internal clinicians, engineering, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into overall business plans.
    • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to drive joint marketing initiatives.

    What you are great at:

    • The ability to think like an owner- a self-starter with an "own it" mentality who embraces accountability in themselves, their team, and their partners.
    • Partnership marketing (preferably on the brand side), with a proven track record of driving revenue increases through developing and executing partner marketing strategies.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan, who is also a hands on.
    • Showcasing strong project management and multi-tasking with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in driving growth for a similar organization, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a fast paced environment.
