Description
Reporting to the President, the Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for the growth and sustainment of the organization's national sales through organic growth, new market development, and input to new product development.
This position is responsible for increasing RMF's visibility and relationships in RMF's tradition industries including oil and gas, mining and agriculture while focusing on expansion into new markets.
Duties and Responsibilities * Creation, ownership and execution of a fluid Business Development strategy. * Accountability, supervision and development of the Sales team. * Weekly generation and analysis of KPIs, including concise and definable recovery plans. * Performance management and annual performance review with each direct report, including manufacturer's sales reps (if applicable). * Implementation and management of customer lifecycle. Proactively finds new ways to build customer business, identify new opportunities, manage and grow accounts. Responds to and follows up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
* Work with estimating team to develop winning strategies on individual sales opportunities. * Participate in significant bid review meetings to provide insight and input on market intelligence. * Manage the Company's internet presence and social media platforms. * Travel as required to meet with Clients and Prospective Clients to build and maintain relationships. * Organize and attend trade shows as budgeted for the year and coordinate Company's participation in said shows. * Utilize and leverage the Company's CRM system to improve sales performance. * Participate in weekly Sales/Progress meetings. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
