Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
England Logistics is looking for great sales professionals. We are one of the fastest growing transportation logistics companies in North America.

We are looking for talented and charismatic inside sales representatives from all walks of life to join our diverse sales and account management team.

If you want to grow professionally and do good, we are looking for a results-driven business development manager to join our sales team.

OPPORTUNITIES
Quarterly and Annual sales competitions for all levels, including a paid Presidents Club Trip and additional Elite Club Bonuses
Local community engagement with Local Foodbanks in the fight to overcome childhood hunger through Englands ONE Initiative
Career Growth as a sales professional and in our selective Leadership in Development Program

BENEFITS
Paid weekly. Base salary of $47,750 plus uncapped commissions
First year average performance total compensation: $55k - $65k
First year high performer total compensation: $65k - $90k+

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for selling England Logistics services.
You will prospect new leads and make phone calls daily.
You will identify solutions for clients and new business opportunities.
You will build, manage, and grow a book of business.
You will be coachable and accountable.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

A great attitude and work ethic.
Persuasive and professional sales and negotiating skills.
Successful sales background and track record.
Excellent work ethic, coachable and positive attitude.
Experience working in a team environment
The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone.
Knowledge of CRMs and MS Word & Excel.
A college degree preferred. (Not required with previous sales experience.)
