    About the Role:

    We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead initiatives enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our direct sales team. You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and other teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate understands sales processes, communicates effectively, and is passionate about continuous improvement.

    Location:

    This role will be in our NYC office, in a hybrid capacity for three days a week.

    At Dashlane you will:
    • Sales Training and Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales reps, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and effective selling techniques.
    • Sales Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies, including a sales resource center, to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
    • Content Development: Create high-quality sales collateral, playbooks and presentations to support the sales process, ensuring alignment with messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
    • Ongoing Sales Training: Develop ongoing sales training programs for launches and product enablement, ensuring sales reps stay updated on product updates and market trends.
    • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize the sales process to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improved conversion rates, creating simple, repeatable, and scalable processes.
    • Accountability and Success Measurement: Establish metrics and dashboards to track KPIs, driving accountability and providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, sales operations, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity
    We're Also Looking For:
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs and initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (Sandler-preferred), and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Experience working with sales and sales enablement tools and technologies, including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and other CRM and content management systems.
    Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000

    Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.

    Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
