What is the Opportunity?
As an Internal Audit Learning Enablement Consultant, Learning Specialization, you will be providing delivery, administrative and facilitation support for the U.S.
Internal Audit Learning & Development (L&D) strategy to strengthen people and organizational capabilities and performance, as part of the multi-year transformation of RBC Internal Audit.
RBC Internal Audit leverages a unique perspective— with a coordinated view across the entire business—to deliver valuable advice that not only gives assurance, but that illuminates a bigger picture, connects dots, builds best practices, and broadens possibilities.

You will be supporting a future-focused and effective global learning eco-system, which inspires and enables shifts in learning mindsets and behaviors.
An understanding of L&D and skill building practices, as well as relationship management and communication skills are key to your success.
What will you do?
- Support the creation of learning content, learning experiences, and development programs that support growth of our U.S. Internal Audit talent.
- Collaborate with U.S. and global colleagues to coordinate, schedule, and manage the delivery of learning sessions.
- Liaise with employees, trainers and the management team to facilitate learning activities.
- Deliver training on tools and initiatives that will support people managers and employees.
- Monitoring participant progress and instructional program effectiveness; establishing and maintaining a learning environment to promote learner engagement and participation actively and freely.
- Evaluate learning course delivery, measure learning results, and recommend learning program changes.
- Produce monthly training reports and ensure timely updates of organizational training records within a learning management system.
- Promote and communicate learning opportunities across RBC Internal Audit's global network.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have:
- Experience in learning design, learning program delivery, learning evaluation, elearning, and facilitation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor Degree or Certificate in one or more of the following; Education/Professional Education and Training; HR/Human Resource Development; Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Working knowledge or experience in financial services.
