    com eCommerce P&L Focus on optimizing Go To Market (GTM) for eTailers, business planning, Terms & Conditions negotiation and JBP engagementBe proficient with tools & technology to win in eCommerce:


    Fully vested in the latest tools & technology in the eCommerce space including but not limited to Search, Navigation, Ratings & Reviews, Taxonomy etc.

    Drives search relevance improvement across customersUnderstand and report on metrics & trackingDevelops and tracks the internal eCommerce scorecards for customerLeads the implementation of all corrective actions with customer Work with eCommerce Marketing Lead and eAnalytics lead on increasing conversionOutstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusionsStrong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiativesKnowledge of Digital Marketing, advertising, search, Consumer Relationship Management, etc.

    Work with eCommerce Marketing lead including retail searchFoster relationships with key retail media teams (e.g. WMC, KPM, AMG, etc)

    QualificationsWhat is expected of me:
    Knowledge of CPG and eCommerce (3+ years)Superior communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to influence and persuade.
