IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and engage new clients.

Hunting focus.

Expand our client portfolio and business volume.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the closure of sales opportunities.

Keep a keen eye on emerging trends and technologies impacting service sales.

Collaborate with sales team members to create effective outbound prospecting processes.

Main requirements:

Expertise with custom software development services sales (hunting experience).
Experience working with and selling global teams on a staff augmentation basis.
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in selling IT staffing positions is required.
Expertise in team, project and solution sales
Proven full life cycle sales experience.
Track record of successful customer relationship management, including lead conversion.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

What To Expect

The base salary for this position ranges between $110,000 and $150,000, depending on the experience.
Uncapped commissions
Focus on local accounts (minimal travel)
Hybrid work environment
