- Expertise with custom software development services sales (hunting experience).
- Experience working with and selling global teams on a staff augmentation basis.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in selling IT staffing positions is required.
- Expertise in team, project and solution sales
- Proven full life cycle sales experience.
- Track record of successful customer relationship management, including lead conversion.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- The base salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on the level of experience.
