    As a Business Development Representative, you will join Built's growing sales team in introducing the Built platform to key stakeholders within the Owner, Developer, and Contractor ecosystem within real estate.

    You will play an integral role in working hand in hand with both our sales and marketing teams to cultivate leads, build relationships, and help us achieve our revenue goals.

    This role will sit in Nashville, TN.


    In this Role, You Will:


    Educating key stakeholders at target institutionsConducting outreach to target prospectsConducting extensive research on the banking and construction lending industryDocumenting all interactions in our CRMAttending and representing Built at various conferences, trade shows, events, etcIdentifying key targets and trends in named accountsConstantly looking for ways to improve current Built processesQualifying and engaging executives at financial institutionsCollaborating with senior sales and the Built marketing team to achieve company and personal objectivesWork with the team and sales leadership to constantly improve execution and grow your skill setQuickly ramp up your understanding of the construction lending industry in order to effectively establish trust and credibility with executives at target accountsContinuous personal development regarding sales techniques and strategiesReview blogs from top industry sales leadersAttend webinars/sales training forums as availableBe fluid and dynamic to changeQualifications:Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experienceA strong desire to learn and advance your career in enterprise software sales (previous enterprise sales experience a plus)World-Class ListenerUnquestionable IntegrityThe ability to follow and continuously look for ways to improve processesThe ability to collaborate and work well with othersThe ability to self-reflect and identify areas for self-improvementUnparalleled work ethicThe ability to take and learn from constructive feedbackBuilt's salary range for this position is $45,000-$54,000 USD per year.

    The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market.

    Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
