    The cloud continues to experience non-linear, double-digit growth, and the NVIDIA cloud sales team is looking for a Global Head of Business Development to lead and scale the adoption of NVIDIA's solutions.

    In this highly visible new role, the Global Head of Business Development will build a co-sell sales strategy with CSP.

    We seek an upbeat leader with the domain expertise and tenacity to grow market share with NVIDIA's groundbreaking cloud solutions; success will be measured by direct and influential revenue growth with GCP.

    As the Global Head of Business Development, you will collaborate with customers and partners to apply NVIDIA solutions to transform industries.

    Working closely with senior business development, product, and sales leadership to build a pipeline to grow cloud revenue.

    This role is an exciting opportunity to be an inspiring leader with a vision in AI, crafting a go-to-market motion with CSP and supporting cross-functional teams to grow NVIDIA's cloud business.

    What you'll be doing:

    • In collaboration with CSP sales organization, grow direct and influence the revenue of NVIDIA solutions in the cloud
    • Working closely with CSP sales to build a mutually beneficial GTM plan for the partnership
    • In partnership with CSP sales, qualify leads generated by joint market development activities, then connect with the appropriate NVIDIA account managers to drive field-based engagements
    • Work with cross functional teams to identify trends to contribute to ongoing partner program strategy optimization.
    • Work with CSPs to identify key metrics of success and measure joint priorities
    • Help develop CSP cloud cadence between NVIDIA CSP Ecosystem
    • Drive vertical alignment between industry business development teams to solve problems with NVIDIA solutions for strategic accounts
    • Run CSP deal registration and pipeline to meet assigned sales targets
    • Serve as the dedicated resource who understands NVIDIA hardware, software, and services available on CSP and supports private offers through the marketplace
    • Work with NVIDIA and CSP's marketing teams on event planning (GTC, CSP annual conferences, etc.) and customer use case collateral development (blogs, whitepapers, webinars) to stimulate demand and support industry events
    • Establish effective relationships with NVIDIA's partner network to drive services that pull through NVIDIA solutions on CSP
    • Identify areas for business improvement and feedback from CSP and incorporate to create best practice across the CSP ecosystem and GTM sales motion
    • Work closely with NVIDIA Cloud teams, including WWFO, product and marketing to establish CSP global governance model across all CSPs
    • Assist in evolving the ISV relationship with CSPs from opportunistic to strategic and create pipeline
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management and sell-in team

    What we need to see:

    • BA degree or equivalent experience
    • 15 overall years of selling technical solutions to senior executives at named accounts
    • 5 years of experience leading & empowering a virtual team (and helping recruit the best talent)
    • Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deals and encouraging partner alliances
    • Proven track record closing significant revenue and overachieving sales targets
    • A wide network with vertical expertise and knowledge of cloud sales trends
    • Experience working with ISVs and System Integrators to accelerate solution adoption and deployment

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

    • Master's degree is desirable
    • Working experience in CSP sales organization
    • Detailed understanding of data science workflows, machine learning, and AI trends
    • Domain expertise and understanding of CSP, preferably AWS, GCP, Azure or OCI, their field sales organization and GTM ecosystem
    • A strong curiosity about understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders

    The cash compensation range is 272,000 USD - 488,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.

    Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
