    **What You'll Do as Our Sales Manager, Partnerships & Business Development:**

    As our Sales Manager, you drive new business opportunities across our three lines of business. These include our social videos, originals, and game products. By developing meaningful relationships with both potential and existing clients, you are able to negotiate deals to meet our revenue goals. You prospect for new clients, qualify leads, follow up, and close new business.

    This position is based out of Los Angeles, CA.

    **You will:**

    Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new business in line with Cut's strategies

    Prepare, lead and manage pitch meetings with clients ranging from agency-level to C-level clients.

    Create proposals for clients and facilitate pitch logistics

    Work collaboratively with our creative, production and post teams when putting together creative pitches

    Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound inquiries and properly track activity

    Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities to improve sales efforts

    Lead and manage ideation meetings with our creative team

    Communicate with clients to understand their needs

    Present and demonstrate the value of Cut's products and services to prospective buyers.

    Negotiate deal points and assist in contract negotiations with prospective clients

    Build and foster positive business relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive future business

    Create and maintain client databases (Pipedrive, Airtable)

    Ability to effectively collaborate with internal partner teams while being independent in managing your projects

    **Experience and Skills You'll Need as Our Sales Manager, Partnerships & Business Development**

    2-3+ years of sales experience working at a publisher, media or creative agency

    Video production knowledge, preferably digital and streaming

    Understanding of marketing and advertising terms and processes

    Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
