The Job:

The Partnerships Operations Manager is primarily responsible for optimizing the operational effectiveness of our partnerships.

Your role is pivotal in not just maintaining smooth operations, but also in driving these partnerships forward through strategic operational planning and efficient execution.

Key responsibilities include managing the integration of partner technologies, coordinating with various internal teams and external partners, overseeing financial aspects, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across all partnership initiatives.

Your goal is to ensure that our partnerships operate seamlessly and contribute significantly to the lifecycle of their engagement with Convoso, backed by robust support and outstanding operational management.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Owns the partner onboarding process, including overseeing launch, implementation, and the planning and scheduling of projects to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments (such as legal, finance, IT, marketing) to support partnership requirements.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Team to ensure cohesive strategy execution and operational alignment.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding partnership operations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing departments to coordinate and implement partner marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of comarketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners, ensuring alignment with Convoso's overall marketing goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and the marketing team for joint marketing efforts.
  • Lead and manage projects related to the development and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of these projects, tracking progress and ensuring that objectives are met.
  • Oversee the integration of partner technologies and systems with Convoso's infrastructure, ensuring effective operation and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and records of all partnership activities.
  • Produce operational reports for internal stakeholders to track partnership progress and outcomes.
  • Manage the financial aspects of partnerships, including budgeting, billing, and revenue tracking.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability and costeffectiveness of partnerships.
  • Regularly evaluate and improve operational processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in managing partnerships.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partnerships, aligning them with Convoso's strategic goals.
  • Manage existing partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance and fulfillment of contractual obligations, and liaising with legal for necessary modifications.
  • Identify potential operational risks in partnerships and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage issues that could affect partnership performance or Convoso's interests, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards

Who You Are:


  • 5+ years in operations or partnership management, preferably in a tech or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Contact Center Software and operational aspects of business alliances.
  • Independent, proactive work style in a fastpaced startup setting.
